Hey Ward 6, I am happy to announce my next Office Hour will be Saturday July 13th starting at 10am at the Fort Meadow Association Clubhouse on 58 First Road. At previous office hours, neighbors have come to discuss items on the City Council agenda, seek assistance with individual matters, or to get to know each other better—I hope to see you there! If you can’t make it and want to connect, feel free to call my personal cell at 774-249-6640, email me directly on the city website, or check out my campaign website at www.TreyFuccillo.com.
Please join us as we discuss the year that was, elect new officers, and vote on important community matters. New to the neighborhood? This meeting is a great opportunity to learn about the FMA and meet your new neighbors. Any member in good standing can run for an Officer or Trustee position. We have openings at Officer and Trustee that we are seeking to fill this year, email us for more details if you’re interested. An agenda for the meeting will be posted to our social media accounts and website in advance of the meeting. Our annual meeting will also include the ratification of some changes to our bylaws.
Bylaws Update Meeting, Wednesday, May 8, 7–9 p.m. in our Clubhouse (58 1st Rd.): Please join us for a discussion on the proposed changes to the bylaws. This meeting is a procedural requirement as stipulated in our bylaws. Your feedback and attendance is welcome and appreciated.
Hello Neighbors - Happy Spring! I hope you're all doing well and excited for this year's FMA Earth Day Cleanup! The 26th annual event, in collaboration with the City's Clean Sweep Event, will take place Saturday, April 27th 9am-12pm. We'll meet at Sharon Beach at 9am (intersection of Lakeshore Dr. and Hill Rd.) Trash bags and volunteer t-shirts will be provided - please bring gloves for trash pickup. If you're unable to attend the event date/time but still want to help, we'll leave extra supplies at Sharon Beach throughout the weekend. Full trash bags can be left curbside for city pickup. The attached map indicates areas we plan to clean and which are kid-friendly. You can contact Owen at omcpike@gmail.com with any questions. We're looking forward to seeing you all. Thank you for supporting the FMA's Earth Day Cleanup! Thanks, Heather & Owen McPike
Come join us for an evening with the Mayoral and Ward 6 candidates! In association with the Red Spring Road HoA and the Blaiswood Rd neighborhood association, the FMA is hosting this opportunity for members of our community to meet and hear from the Mayoral and Ward 6 candidates. The purpose of the event is to have the various candidates come down and meet and engage with members of our community in addition to giving the candidates an opportunity to discuss their position on the various issues they're running on. Bob Durand will be moderating the discussion. Refreshments will be served.
